CRITICAL CARE AT HOME

SERVICES AND JOBS  - CARE MANAGEMENT UNDER CRITICAL CARE PLAN

Based on the treating doctor's recommendation, a critical care plan is developed for each patient, and the service packages are tailor-made to suit the requirement of the patient and the patient's family. The service packages offered under the critical care plan include:

12 hour shift nursing support provided by nurses who have a minimum of 1 - 2-years nursing experience and having critical care training

12 – 24 hour medical caretaker support

Visits by physiotherapist wherever required

Equipment rental or purchase based on requirement - may include a ventilator, suction machine, monitor, hospital bed, Infusion pumps, DVT Pump, BiPAP , Oxygen concentrator, Other equipment as per - clinical assessment by doctor and per requirement.

Consumables (paid for by the patient) – whenever required, available and available.

Critical Care Nursing Staff 

The most important member of the ICU team at home is the critical care nurse, who will be taking care about the patient's daily medical needs like giving medicines, consulting and seeking advices from the concerned doctor, administering injections, checking daily progress and handling all medical equipment and devices. They are also responsible for all documentation of daily routine procedures and vital statistics if any required. A qualified and experienced critical care nurse make a lot of difference in the recovery of a patient.

It covers all spectrum like continuous monitoring of vitals, maintaining the highest standards of hygienic care and administration of medication. The team also handle the following tasks, as per the treating doctor's advice, directions and the care plan previously decided upon.
